The City Bugs - Peugeot 107, Citreon C1 & Toyota Aygo

The city bug - everyone's favourite car to run around in.

I am a Peugeot 107 owner myself and it is such a fun little car to drive around town in. These cars are cheap and easy to run and are inexpensive to buy, and best of all... economical. The more economical the car, the cheaper the tax - it's great! Tax laws favouring low emission cars means city cars like the Peugeot 107, Citreon C1 and Toyota Aygo are growing ever more popular.

Of course the age old question is...which one is best for me? And there is one simple answer - they are all pretty much the same car with only small differences in features and interior. So if you are thinking of buying one of these little city bugs the only way to go is by looking at the prices. If your on a budget the C1 has been said to be the cheapest. Personally I bought my car second hand, and as a three year old car the Peugeot was the best for me. The 107 has better interiors that the C1 and was a great deal cheaper than the Aygo.
All it comes down to is personal taste, so go for which one feels right to you. All three cars are built by the same company so the engines are all the same 1.0 litre, your choice is superficially  going to be on looks and price.

So if your thinking of buying a small cheap car that is going to be wallet friendly, these are the cars you should look into. Happy cheap motoring!
